The Car Place always takes excellent care of my car! I know I can trust them to be honest with me about what needs to be fixed as well as provide feedback on any upcoming routine care that will ensure my car lasts a long time. Jesse always takes the time to answer all my questions and explain exactly what needs to be done as well as review the repairs when I pick up my car. The costs are fair and they always get the work done in a timely manner. I love The Car Place and will never trust my BMW in any other hands.

Results were not what I hoped - delayed repairs, ultimately didn't get the car working as requested. However, I believe there were mitigating circumstances and the service and personnel themselves where great and responsive.

As always, extreme service, and advice. In this case my wife lost a console button on her 330CI, Jessie was able to get the part in and installed on the same day and I didn't e-mail him until lunch - throw in a very good wash/clean-up and friendly faces.. Love these guys..

These guys are awesome. After having let go of two E-classes in the past (due to maint costs), I knew I wanted another Benz but was worried about finding a reliable shop. I'm new to the area and had a friend recommend the Car Place. Greatest lead I've ever followed.After buying a used SLK, I brought it here for a rundown (didn't know about their prepurchase deal. Definitely going to utilize that in the future). Jessie and Chris gave me a fair, quick, and honest rundown of everything I'd need, and they got to work. After two days, I picked it up, but it wasn't quite right. I took it home anyway with a plan to bring it back later. In the three weeks between trip one and two to the shop, I got a phone call and a card thanking me for my business and checking up on the car's condition. Now, after picking it up again, the guys really outdid themselves. Found the problem, fought it out with the warranty company (saved me over $1k), fixed everything splendidly, AND replaced a part (at no cost to me) that may have already been broken.These guys are awesome - friendly, thorough, reliable, and professional. I'll be back for everything.

My driver's window was not functioning as it should. I called The Car Place on a Monday morning and they acquired the necessary part and fixed my window that same that same day.
