CLK55 AMG - I had a very complicated CAN bus issue. I had taken my car to other places who said they weren't sure if it could be fixed without an excessive amount of money. Atlantic Tire (also awesome) recommended me to The Car Place. When I arrived, Chris the Mercedes Tech oozed with confidence that he would fix it. That's what we want to hear. Someone that has enough experience and expertise that they can confidently say - I can fix it. BTW, he did fix it!Everyone at The Car Place was nice, patient with my questions and top notch!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Customer service & repair work is excellent.Jesse always returns calls and explains carefully what repairs are needed and why. I appreciated chatting with the actual technician who worked on my car when I picked it up. He was very enthusiastic and friendly and described what he did in detail. I felt confident that my car was in capable hands.

As a family of all German cars it is important to find a place that you can trust. These guys care about my cars as much as I do. They don't overcharge (if anything they undercharge sometimes) and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and am so glad I stumbled across this place.

I came here for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. The costly repair I was told I needed from another repair shop, I didn't need at all! Bottom line, you can trust the good people at The Car Place for an honest assessment of your repair needs and you can trust you are getting fair pricing for great workmanship. This repair consisted of an oil cooler replacement on a V6 Bluetec diesel, which is about an 18 hour job. I can honestly say that I can't think of any possible way the repair could have been improved upon in any manner. Chris Freer demonstrated flawless craftsmanship and I would put the quality of the work next to any shop or the factory in Germany. Excellent work!!
