My car went in for an inspection. The staff immediately found the problem in my engine, fixed it, and worked with me until the car was able to pass inspection. They could not have been nicer or more attentive throughout the process. I never bring my BMW anywhere else for service.

Since I have been taking our cars (Jeep and BMW) to the Car Place, we have had nothing but great service. Repairs are quick and on estimate. Recently had a power steering pump replaced there and it failed after 3 months. The Car Place replaced it with a more expensive OEM pump, flushed the system, replaced fluid at NO expense. I offered to pay $100 of the added cost and the offer was refused. People are friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest.

Always a good visit when I see my friends at the Car Place I have been doing business with them for 15 years,
