The idler pulley on my 2003 Mini Cooper S seized up, taking the fanbelt with it. I'm a pretty mechanical guy and would normally just fix this myself, but I'm currently living with my in-laws and didn't want the hassle. I had it towed to them and they were able to fix it the same day. The check engine light also came on and they were very good at communicating my options to investigate this, what the likely causes were, etc. I opted to just wait and see if it came on again. I noticed my wheels looked really clean when I went to get in my car and then I noticed my dusty dash was clean as well. It appears they cleaned the inside and out of my car. I'm not sure if that's normally included or not. Very happy with my experience.

My car went in for an inspection. The staff immediately found the problem in my engine, fixed it, and worked with me until the car was able to pass inspection. They could not have been nicer or more attentive throughout the process. I never bring my BMW anywhere else for service.
