I can't say enough good things about Jessie and the team at The Car Place. I had previously taken my vehicles to a different shop and had a less than great experience. The folks at The Car Place really do go above and beyond to make sure that every question you have gets answered and they treat you like family. I recently bought a new car and chose to buy another Mercedes mostly because I want to continue to give them my business!

Whenever I call and explain the issues I am having with my car or if it is due for service ALL of the peeps at The Car Place are always on point! I highly recommend them for you service needs.

I'm so happy to have found this place. The folks are genuinely the nicest and I feel like they are straight forward with my car needs. They answer all my questions and are honest. The snacks are nice too ;)

I first brought thecae in for a normal service. All was done promptly but with a little "bad" news that the car needed 4 new tires (not unexpected). They quoted me a fair price including wheel alignment. I brought the car back on the following Monday and they promptly took the car in for the work. While there I told them that the trunk "pistons" were not holding the trunk up well. The last time this happened I asked the local Lexus dealer for a quote to replace them. I recall that the Lexus dealer quoted around $350. At that time I ordered the parts online and replaced them myself. The Car Place quoted $35 each ($70 total) and threw the labor in at no charge. I always feel confident that they are square and fair with me. I have 2 Lexus' and will use them for each and every need.
