I cannot say enough about the very high level of service and the entire experience was for me . From the moment I spoke with Jesse, and he assured me they would take care of my car , it was by far the most professional staff and service I have ever received and I am a Raleigh native. Everyone at the Car Place is so friendly and helpful and they diagnosed and completed my car in record time, at a time when I really needed it quickly. I will never go anywhere else for my car maintenance needs and repair. I felt so ease and I completely trust them and their very professional, kind, and talented staff. So grateful to all of them!

I have been taking my BMW's here for about 5-6 years now and woud never think of going any place else. I even call them when looking at another BMW for guidance. Thanks for being more like a family

The Car Place gives excellent service. My tire had a gash in it and I only needed one tire. They ordered it and had it within 30 minutes. Very customer service oriented. As someone in sales, I appreciate good service and they definitely give good service. I will go back next time I have a problem.

I have used Jessie, Tom and their team to service my cars for many years. It is great to have someone you can trust to service your cars. They have never tried to over sell anything to me, and give me options regarding the repairs that need to be done. I consult with them on future car purchases, and would not buy a used car without their approval. I consider them a partner in my car ownership experience. And I am very picky regarding my cars.

Another outstanding visit. We knew replacing the ABC pump on an R230 was technically involved and expensive. The work was performed flawlessly and I felt I received an excellent value considering all that was done. Now smooth and quiet. Thank you again Chris and Jesse!
