Excellent service as always. I was disappointed that the most recent monthly newsletter (Feb.), giving me a $10 off coupon, was expired, and the next newsletter (Mar) wasn't in my email box until March 9 -- less than a day after my service. I should be able to take advantage of that coupon whenever I come in for service.

I've been taking my car to The Car Place since 2009. I will not take it anywhere else. Jessie and the crew at the car place take great care of my car, they don't try to sell me on a bunch of things I don't need and they take the time to explain things to me so that I can understand it. Their cost of repairs always beats dealerships and other privately owned independent service businesses. Plus they wash your car for you after every service and/or repair..

My E Class had a difficult oil leak to diagnose and repair. Chris, Mercedes Tech, took a careful and systematic approach, found the source of the issue and corrected it. Another professional repair which has become the norm. Many thanks for another job well done.

I never feel like they have suggested any repair that they would not do to the vehicle if it were their own. They also do a good job of explaining the consequences of not doing a repair, if I choose not to do one, in a no pressure way. Appointments are always on time and they do a good job of communicating the status of my vehicle.
