I live in Chapel Hill and travel to The Car Place for everything. It is worth my time and more importantly the HUGE feeling that my car is being taken care of by the best in the triangle. Jess is the perfect gentleman and will be upfront with what the TRUE needs are for your car.

Jessie and The Car Place have always been awesome. I wouldn't go to any other shop for service. I deducted one star on the review because on the last visit my wife took her car for an oil change. She also needed an inspection but didn't realize it. They let her know about the inspection at the end of the service and now she needs to go back.

My Experience? Awesome. Wonderful to have the car running like a top, and I trust the Car Place to do what's needed to keep it running well.

For this service I found the staff very friendly and professional. The Car Place is very clean and organized and seem like they have well trained technicians. The service that I had was a fuel filter change on my Mercedes which also included the pump and sending unit. The price was very reasonable compared to Mercedes dealership!

Excellent care and service! Worth the drive for me from Durham to Raleigh.

The Car Place, responded to my call for an appointment in good time; performed the required maintenance as necessary, and as usual, inspected the car for potential problems. They found the rear brakes were very close to needing to be replaced. I requested the work be done and the vehicle was ready to be picked up at the appointed time. My wife is Happy! Therefore, so am I. Pleased as usual with the work they performed.
