Friendly helpful service. After having some extensive maintenance done I came away with an unusual rattle. I called Pat and talked with him. He called me back the next day when I hadn't brought the car in to see how I was doing. Not something the dealership would do. I went in the next morning and we drove the car around and the problem was identified - the chasey plate was loose - repaired at no additional cost and I was only 30 minutes later than normal getting back to work! I will go back to The Car Place for service the next time around.Thank you, Car Place.
