Very happy with my first experience of service at The Car Place. Knowledgeable staff, attention to detail was fantastic and their advice and credibility was something I have simply not experienced elsewhere before. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Car Place to a friend, the car was returned to me fully detailed (inside and out) and looked better than when I bought it 2 years ago... simply outstanding! I will be back.

This was my first visit to the Car Place and I will return for future services. I have a BMW that I take pride and care of. I was well informed and educated by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most important, I met the service mechanic who worked on my car. Being a female, I appreciated being able to ask questions and receive feedback to assist me with keeping my Beamer running smoothly. 3rd visit to the Car Place, this time for a NC inspection. Scheduled my appointment on line for 9AM and arrived 20 minutes early. My car was finished by 9:10 and as always, the folks were friendly and service excellent. I will continue to use and recommend The Car Place! Thanks

I respect and trust TCP for their honesty and respect I receive every time I take any of my vehicles in for maintenance or service. I save on time and money and still get the best quality in service. These guys are the best in the Tringle Area.

Several months ago we had the power steering pump on our '02 Jeep replaced here. We started having problems with it again and brought it back in. They replaced it with a more expensive unit, did a complete flush, and the cost to us was ZERO. I offered to pay part of the difference but they refused my offer. I also take my 740 there and have always had quick, excellent service at the price quoted. Very good, and especially, honest.

The car place constantly scores off the charts on customer service and technical capability. Very glad I found these guys, they take great care of my BMW's and always perform beyond the call of duty. Cheers
