I own a Mercedes S500. 180K miles These guys are truly intelligent, and capable of diagnosing, and proactively attacking problems. Most recently, full transmission service, and front Airmatic Shock replacement. They always provide me a thorough estimate, repairs are quick, and my car is always returned cleaned. Attention to detail!!!!No issues!!!!!!No bull!!!! No problems!!!!!!

The keyless remote for my 1998 328i failed for the second time recently. The first time Tom took it apart and said it might need to be replaced. Since I was in the neighborhood I stopped to ask Ronnie to order me a new one. Instead Doug took the remote out to the shop and when it was returned it was working again! Great personal service from a knowledgable bunch of really good people!

Stopped by to check out the Car Place on a recommendation of a friend. Set up an appointment and they were able to take my vehicle the very next business day. A few minutes after setting up the appointment, I received an email welcoming me. I am very particular about my vehicle and I found the service to be top notch. These guys went over my vehicle and made the repairs that I requested and they took the time to recommend a few repairs for my vehicle on my next visit. I also found their prices to be very fair. I have been going to the big boys in town for years for my service and have never felt as comfortable with them as I did on my first visit to the Car Place. I love the personal touch that I received from the Car Place. They have a new customer in me.

The waiting area is very comfortable with WiFi, television and refreshments. The staff are incredible. They explain everything and also don't try to convince you that you need unnecessary items. They were happy to show me how filthy my air filter was! I would highly recommend this business to my friends.
