I contacted Jessie for a Pre-Purchase inspection on a used BMW. The technicians took the car in and immediately assessed the car as not worth buying. The service they performed was invaluable to me, being long distance (Ohio) & they did not even charge me!

I have taken my 2003 Lexus RX300 to the Lexus dealer since I have had the vehicle for 11 years.I took my Lexus to the Car Place based on referrals from people at my work.I could have not been more pleased with my experience.The staff was professional and very honest. They took care of everything as promised and washed and shampooed my Lexus.I will never take my Lexus to the dealer again and the Car Place now has a customer for life.

The service was great however i feel the labor cost was a little high base on the job that was performed.
