Pat, Ronnie and Tammy are the best! I have been taking my vehicles to The Car Place since they first started the business. I don't ever have to worry about them doing work that does not need to be done, or replacing parts that do not need to be replaced. I appreciate them very much!

Hey Ronnie!! Great to hear from you. As usual it was a great experience visiting with you guy. Damn my car handles awesome. What a pleasure it was driving to the beach after the new thrust bearings were in and coming back to Charlotte I have some curvy 2 lanw road so that was a blast. My car is always very happy after Tommy works on it. My thanks to Tommy and Doug and I really do appreciate the quality of the work and how nice I am treateed. Always a pleasure. Peter Macomber

Excellent service for the low amount they charge. Mechanics quite willing to talk shop about your car, and in general about the Benz machines.

My 2003 VW Beetle runs like almost brand new. Very nice work.

My office is just across the driveway from The Car Place. On 9/29/11, I noticed that a tire on my Ford Explorer was just about flat, from a nail! I asked for assistance from The Car Place, and a very nice gentleman came over, drove the car to the shop, plugged the tire, then brought the car back. Fantastic customer service and I greatly appreciate the assistance!

Overall a continued good experience. I sent an e-mail yesterday questioning what looks like a double bill on parts and am awaiting clarification. Not sure why Joe could not get transmission service done. Car was in shop from last Thursday till Tues AM. Oh well. Nonetheless, you guys are top notch.

I have been going to The Car Place for several years and they have provided nothing short of EXCELLENT service. They are prompt and responsive and they always call before doing any unscheduled work. I work mostly with Pat and he always provides a complete explanation of the options available. My vehicle is always returned fixed and clean. I highly suggest The Car Place!!!

From the front office to the service bays, everyone is excellent at customer service. Full explanations are given on services needed and provided, with advice on alternatives and timelines. Technical knowledge is superior.

I own a Mercedes S500. 180K miles These guys are truly intelligent, and capable of diagnosing, and proactively attacking problems. Most recently, full transmission service, and front Airmatic Shock replacement. They always provide me a thorough estimate, repairs are quick, and my car is always returned cleaned. Attention to detail!!!!No issues!!!!!!No bull!!!! No problems!!!!!!
