Pat was very professional and went over all repairs in detail. Third or Fourth time we have been there. They do a great job. Prices are reasonable...a lot better than going to the BMW dealer. If you are looking for good quality service, I would check them out. And the vacuum and wash you car after also...just a little added feature that we like.
