I first brought thecae in for a normal service. All was done promptly but with a little "bad" news that the car needed 4 new tires (not unexpected). They quoted me a fair price including wheel alignment. I brought the car back on the following Monday and they promptly took the car in for the work. While there I told them that the trunk "pistons" were not holding the trunk up well. The last time this happened I asked the local Lexus dealer for a quote to replace them. I recall that the Lexus dealer quoted around $350. At that time I ordered the parts online and replaced them myself. The Car Place quoted $35 each ($70 total) and threw the labor in at no charge. I always feel confident that they are square and fair with me. I have 2 Lexus' and will use them for each and every need.
Quick, good, reasonable price, did what they said they would so when they said they would do it, friendly, service oriented, and they washed my car as well! What more would you want?
I love the car place. It's the no pressure we got you covered type of place. Jessie does a thorough job of checking my car out from end to end and tells me everything that is or maybe problematic in the near future. I've taken all 3 of my MB's to him and there's never been an issue. Also, he is well recognized and respected by the Leith family.
