I called to get a quote, but nobody called back. UPDATE. I gave you 3 rating, when I normally give 1 score. Both people were nice on the phone, but I waited all day. You did call the next day twice, but I could not answer the phone at work. I work for a global investment bank. Changing rating to a 4, but that is the best I can give. I ended up trying to buy my supplies to get one of my old techs to help, but stuck due to Honda service department lady not knowing what kind of transmission oil I needvto buy. One of you may remember a call about where else can I find OEM Honda tramsission. Thanks for trying to call back.🙂
We have attempted to call you back twice, you have a voicemail box that is not set up, so we are unable to leave a message. After reviewing your phone call, we explained that we are very busy, and it would take a while to get back with you. We work hard to get back to every customer as quickly as possible, but with 20-30 estimate requests a day it is very difficult while trying to deliver a high level of service to the customer's vehicles that we have in progress at our facility.
