These guys are great. Dealership told me I needed a $2000 repair and I wanted a second opinion. They looked at it and I didn’t need half of what the dealership told me. I will definitely use these guys again!!

Highest level of customer service. They were able to get me on the schedule within in 2 days to inspect my brakes and give the car a full inspection. They called within a few hours to let me know what work needed to be completed and followed up at the end of the day to let me know it was ready to be picked up. In comparison, the vehicle was recently at the BMW dealership for warranty work…..I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and didn’t receive any updates until 4:30pm despite me calling twice during the day. I would recommend The Car Place to anyone with a luxury vehicle who values customer service and the job done to perfection.

The Car Place is first class!! Michael went up and above to satisfy my request. He evaluated my 2014 SUV and told me what I needed immediately and items that needed addressed later. He never pressured me into doing any service I didn’t need. When my wife picked me up she had a tire that was low on air pressure and he pulled it in and made things right for her without any hesitation. I will be bringing the rest of my vehicles to them in the future.
