This is my first time to use The Car Place. I was tired of paying the high cost to have my Lexus repaired at the dealership for some minor repairs. I had a tire pressure sensor replaced and an alignment for basically half of what Lexus would have charged. I was very impressed with Michael and the team. They outlined all the options and then let me make the decision without any high pressure salesmanship. So far so good and I definitely plan on using them again.

Excellent customer service!!! I am new to the Porsche owner family. A low tire pressure warning light came on and I stopped by The Car Place without an appointment. Jesse immediately looked at the tires and diagnosed the problem. New tire needed due to nail in the tread. (Ugh) Within 2 days the tire was replaced and I also received a courtesy car wash. I am one happy customer and will definitely use The Car Place for my car servicing needs.

The team at The Car Place has always stood behind their work and replaced items under warranty that failed. I always feel confident they are taking great care of our car.

The staff is friendly and professional. They were prompt in making the repairs. I had been using Johnson Lexus but after working with The CarPlace I will not be returning to Johnson Lexus.

The owner/operator and the entire staff constantly exceeds my expectations. There’s only one place to go and that’s The Car Place. I’ve recommended this location to so many people. I will never consider another repair facility facility.
